Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS/WhatsApp.
• When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Guidelines

• Ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery will be attempted.
• In case of unexpected delays (weather, strikes, or other issues), we will inform you.

Order Cancellation & Changes

• Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
